The Greek God PPL Program was meticulously designed with the user in mind.
This program features a 6 day, 8 week long set regimen for exponential muscle growth. We assured It's detail-oriented, simplistically designed calorie intake and BMR infographic with evidence based citations for those who'd like to calculate and estimate their calorie intake, maintenance, deficit, or surplus.
This program features weekly AND daily printable log sheets, depending on your personal liking to maintain your fitness goals. With blank portions to be filled out such as weight, added exercises/modifications, and your rep and set capability-while providing suggested numbers beside each blank box.
The design of this program was formatted to be user-friendly, easy to understand, graphic and clear to read, and provides Miles's personal tips in the gym.
